Tasks & Responsibilities:
To assist staff and clients.
Qualifications:
Openess to new cultures and ideas. Empathy and compassion. Japanese fluency not necessary for day care position. More fluency needed for positions with adults.
Learning Opportunities:
To receive job training; To experience how to support the individual while respecting their independence through daily activities.
