Service Technician
Tasks & Responsibilities:
* Complete installation, removal and servicing of lakeshore equipment * Exceed customer expectations with a focus on the “customer agenda” * Manage customer relationships through ongoing service and maintenance * Pursue personal development, skills and knowledge necessary for outstanding performance * Enhance the corporate culture of Anchor Dock & Lift * Reduce 2nd trips to job sites through attention to detail.
Qualifications:
Must be able to lift 60lbs – Ability to lift more is a benefit! – Must be able to use basic tools (Wrenches/Drills/Impact Wrench) – Must be comfortable in and around water – Be willing to work in poor weather conditions as needed – Experience with boats and lakeshore equipment a benefit – Ability to swim and work in the water.
Additional Comments:
Tools Required: Basic wrench & ratchet set – 7/16, ½, 9/16, 3/4 ,Waders Gloves, Vicki Morgan will house and possibly feed the student. It is about 3 miles from job site.
