ITAMS Media Services Assistant

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Under the supervision of the Media Services Coordinator responsibilities include, but are not limited to: provide support for events and activities related to media services. This can include installation of audio and video equipment, video recording, support for group meetings or special events, upkeep and inventory of equipment, and maintenance of A/V equipment in classrooms and other Antioch College spaces.

Qualifications:

Knowledge of audio visual equipment and computers a plus, willingness to learn, a flexible schedule that may include evenings and weekends, ability to collaborate and troubleshoot. Must be reliable and punctual and be able to work events with minimal supervision. Ability to communicate clearly and efficiently and to actively listen.

Additional Comments:

Ability to lift 50 lbs., and to move and set up equipment in a variety of locations both indoors and outdoors; Must be comfortable on ladder up to 12 feet in the air, must be willing to get dirty in the execution of some aspects of the job.
